Keystone Water Quality Manager
The Keystone Water Quality Manager (KWQM) is the official publication of the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association. Each member of the Association receives a copy of this publication four times a year as part of their membership dues. The total number of magazines mailed is approximately 2,200. The KWQM is distributed to consulting engineers, municipal officials, municipal and industrial operations personnel, manufacturers and their agents, universities and libraries, and other people interested in the activities of the Association and in water pollution control. Its purpose is to serve as a source of news and information on new treatment processes and techniques for improving the operation of wastewater treatment processors.
