Attendees Gathered for Collection System Workshop
The Eastern Subcommittee of the PWEA Collection System Committee recently held a “Collection System Funding” workshop in King of Prussia. The workshop was designed to answer a collection system person’s question: why can’t we get this repaired, or fixed, or improved, etc.?
