The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) is launching the InFLOW program - modeled after the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) InFLOW Workforce Development Program. Support the students and emerging professionals that are passionate about exploring a career in the water and wastewater industry by:

• Applying to be mentor - scholars explore career pathways, build confidence, and navigate the water sector.
• Financially sponsoring the program - help offset costs for travel, lodging, registration, and professional development.

Sign up now! Qualifying sponsors signed up prior to May 1, 2026 will be on the conference flyers and posters. Sponsors signed up after May 1, 2026 will go towards future InFLOW Programs.
